Hi, I’m Scott Bygate — hotelier, leadership learner, and creator of Inner Audits.
I’ve worked in hospitality for over 20 years, from the front desk to operations meetings, and everything in between. I know what it feels like to be ‘always on,’ to give more than you get, and to forget to check in with yourself because you’re too busy checking in everyone else.
This brand is my way of giving something back to the people who make hospitality what it is — real tools, honest reflections, and just enough structure to bring you clarity without adding pressure.
